David is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, helping them navigate their financial journey with confidence. He takes a personalised approach, ensuring individuals and businesses receive tailored advice and a range of options to suit their unique needs.

As a Financial Adviser, David has worked extensively with self-employed professionals, businesses, farmers, families, and individuals. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence ensure that more New Zealanders can access high-quality financial advice and long-term security.

Outside of work you could find Dave in any number of places. He loves spending time with his boys and wife the most, but otherwise you may find him; fishing or diving; being on the water; busy with cars; or BBQ’ing with friends.

Andrew loves helping people create opportunities for themselves and their families. Whether it’s protecting what matters most through insurance, securing a home loan, or planning for the future, he’s passionate about helping clients achieve their goals with confidence.

After spending more than 14 years in a management role within a large corporate business, Andrew made the move into financial services and hasn’t looked back. Over the last three years, he has dedicated himself to expanding his knowledge and qualifications across insurance, mortgages, and financial advice, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Andrew is known for being approachable, trustworthy, and someone who truly cares about achieving great outcomes for his clients. He values building long-term relationships and takes pride in supporting people through every stage of their financial journey.

Outside of work, Andrew’s world revolves around family, friends, and basketball. A passionate basketball fan, you’ll often find him either watching the game, talking about the game, or planning his next opportunity to enjoy it.

Scott combines over 10 years of insurance expertise with a practical, people-first approach that clients genuinely appreciate.

Having worked in Fire & General Insurance for more than a decade, he understands that insurance isn’t just about policies—it’s about protecting homes, businesses, livelihoods, and the things people have worked hard for. Scott enjoys taking the time to understand what matters most to his clients and finding solutions that give them confidence for the future.

Originally from Scotland, Scott is well known around the office for his distinctive accent, quick wit, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Clients appreciate his honest advice, straightforward communication, and commitment to doing the right thing.

Rosanna is known for being calm, patient, and solutions-focused. Her long-standing relationships within the insurance industry, including with many senior insurer representatives and Business Managers, allow her to advocate strongly for her clients and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Jadon is passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions and build a secure future through sound investment and KiwiSaver advice.

As a Financial Adviser, he takes a practical and personalised approach, focusing on understanding each client’s goals and helping them create a clear plan for the future. He enjoys making financial concepts easy to understand and believes the best advice comes from building genuine, long-term relationships based on trust, honesty, and clear communication.

Jadon has a strong interest in Investments and KiwiSaver and finds great satisfaction in helping clients grow their wealth and achieve meaningful financial outcomes over time.

Beyond the office, Jadon enjoys reading, golf, hockey, board games, and spending quality time with friends and family. His faith plays an important role in his life, and he strives to bring integrity, care, and authenticity to everything he does.

Office Manager & Client Support

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Charrissa brings exceptional knowledge and a wealth of practical experience to the INSURE team. Having spent many years supporting advisers and their clients, she understands the importance of providing clear communication, reliable support, and a positive client experience.

Charrissa is often one of the first people clients speak with throughout their insurance journey, whether they are applying for cover, making changes to existing policies, or navigating the claims process. Her calm, friendly approach helps clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.

She enjoys building relationships with clients and takes pride in helping make what can sometimes be a complex process feel simple and manageable. Working closely with advisers and the wider administration team, Charrissa plays an important role in ensuring clients receive the high level of service INSURE is known for.

Outside of work, Charrissa enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog for walks, and making the most of life’s quieter moments.

Elicia Rolston
Office Assistant & Client Support

Having been part of INSURE since the very beginning, Elicia has played an important role in supporting both clients and advisers as the business has grown. With more than 15 years of insurance industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

Whether helping clients with applications, answering questions, or supporting them through the claims process, Elicia understands that great service is about clear communication, reliability, and taking the time to listen. She enjoys getting to know clients and helping them navigate what can sometimes feel like a complex process.

Elicia’s friendly approach and extensive experience make her a valued member of the INSURE team and a trusted source of support for many of our clients.

Simone Jochem
Financial Adviser – Mortgages & Business Development Manager

Simone has over 15 years of experience in banking and lending, having worked across a number of New Zealand’s major banks before joining INSURE in 2019. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions, from purchasing their first home through to restructuring lending and building long-term financial security.

As a Mortgage and Lending Adviser, Simone is passionate about helping clients find practical lending solutions that support their goals, while making the lending process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

In addition to her advisory role, Simone is heavily involved in the growth and leadership of INSURE as the Business Development Manager, overseeing key areas of the business including accounts, human resources, and operational support. She is passionate about building a business that genuinely cares for both its clients and its people, and takes pride in the strong team culture that has been created at INSURE.

Simone loves working alongside a dedicated team of professionals who share a common goal of delivering exceptional service and advice. She believes that great outcomes come from great relationships, and values the trust clients place in the team every day.

Outside of work, Simone is a busy mum to three boys and enjoys spending time with her family, supporting their many activities, and making the most of life in Christchurch.

Having recently completed her Level 5 Financial Services qualification, she is continuing to grow her knowledge and experience within the Life, Health, and Personal Risk areas of the business. Combining her studies with hands-on industry experience at INSURE, Preet is developing a strong foundation while supporting both clients and advisers with professionalism and care.

Known for her positive outlook, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic, Preet enjoys being part of a team that makes a genuine difference in the lives of its clients. She is excited about the opportunities ahead and is committed to continually developing her skills and expertise.
